As the church in Latin America matures, the need for quality individuals with adequate training is increasing. God is raising up gifted young men and women to serve His body, and equipping them is essential to the continued healthy growth of the Church. Many parachurch organizations also need help with administrative organization.
Latin America Mission is committed to working with and through local church leadership to cultivate Leadership Development programs.
